Services we offer...

Breckland Care at Home provide a full range of services and are happy to tailor a home care package to your specific individual needs.

 

The list of services below are purely indications of the services we offer.

 

  • Personal care - help with dressing, bathing, putting on support stockings etc

  • Meal preparation - including snacks, just preparation or cooking the entire meal.

  • Functional re-ablement - we are happy to visit after a hospital admission to help until you get back on your feet.

  • Support for light domestic chores - such as washing up, vacuuming, tidying, etc.

  • Support for shopping, other trips, visits - we can take you shopping, accompany you to medical/dental appointments or be a companion for trips and visits.

  • Welfare checks - a member of staff can pop in to make sure you are okay etc.

  • Sit in - we can sit in with you as a companion.

  • Support to reach the library and other social contacts

  • A contact to link people to other services

 

Calls can be from as little as 15 minutes per call to as long as you require to meet your individual needs. Calls can be as many times a day or a week as required.

Service Users

Breckland Care at Home would like to help service users to remain independant and active.

 

The Care Supervisor will visit you prior to commencing with our service in order to discuss with you what your personal requirements are.

 

We aim to support you to be able to continue to:

  • lead your life in the way you choose

  • remain in your own home

  • reduce your chances of hospital admission

  • recover from recent illness

 

We are happy to support people who may fall into the following categories:

  • Elderly

  • Physical Disability

  • Learning Disability

  • Sensory Impairment

  • Mental Health Condition

  • Dementia

  • Social Issues

  • Adults under 65
