We are looking for enthusiastic Care Workers (or those who are looking for a career change to become a Carer) to join our outstanding team in providing care for individuals living within their own homes across the Dereham, Fakenham, Reepham, Holt and Blakeney areas.
If you share our values in putting the service user at the centre of everything you do, we would love to hear from you. You will need a passion for supporting people and be able to offer a professional, consistent and outstanding level of care. Values and a willingness to learn are equally as important as experience.
For all positions you will need to be an individual who has the right to work in the UK, who is a driver holding a full UK licence, has daily access to a vehicle. You must be 18yrs or over, and any offer of employment is dependent on successful Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance and satisfactory references.
Full and part time positions available (inc. weekends only).
For some care worker positions, you must be able to work alternate weekends.
Enhancements for weekends and bank holidays.

New shifts of 8am to 3pm, then 5pm to 10pm
Current Shifts are 7am to 2pm, then 4pm to 9pm
Permanent contract with contracted hours
Comprehensive in-house induction/training is provided, alongside continued support and learning opportunities.
For all positions, travel and gap times are paid, plus mileage payments.
5.6 weeks paid annual leave (pro-rata).
Salary of £8.13 to £8.75/hour.
DBS application cost refunded after six months continuous employment*.
Company pension scheme.
