Vacancies:  February 2018

Breckland Care at Home believes that in order to provide a high quality service, employees should be treated well, as happy employees are more motivated, conscientious and enthusiastic in their work. Staff retention leads to stability, consistently high standards and continuity of care for service users.

CARE WORKERS - We are looking for enthusiastic Care Workers (or those who are looking for a career change to become a Carer) to join our outstanding team in providing care for individuals living within their own homes across the Dereham, Fakenham, Reepham, Holt and Blakeney areas.

CARE SUPERVISOR -  This post is responsible for monitoring and supervising the quality of care to ensure it is of the highest standard, and meets the service users needs. The post is also responsible for staff training on a formal and informal basis, alongside providing supervision and appraisals of other care workers, in liason with the Registered Manager.

The role will include actual delivery of care, and holding the "On-Call" phone (weekdays and alternate weekends), alongside working in the office.  To apply, you must have at least one years experience in the care industry.

If you share our values in putting the service user at the centre of everything you do, we would love to hear from you. You will need a passion for supporting people and be able to offer a professional, consistent and outstanding level of care. Values and a willingness to learn are equally as important as experience.

For all positions you will need to be an individual who has the right to work in the UK, who is a driver holding a full UK licence, has daily access to a vehicle. You must be 18yrs or over, and any offer of employment is dependent on successful Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance and satisfactory references.

Full and part time positions available (inc. weekends only).

For some care worker positions, you must be able to work alternate weekends.

Enhancements for weekends and bank holidays.
